Your order will be available for collection from our shop once you place an order (within our opening times). We are open for collections from the shop on the following days:

Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 12pm-7pm
Wednesday: 12pm-7pm
Thursday: 12pm-8pm
Friday: 12pm-9pm
Saturday: 12pm-9pm
Sunday: 1pm-5pm

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer local delivery for £4.50 to all BS1-BS9 postcodes for any order under £60. Free shipping on all orders over £60.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping across the UK for all orders over £60. Any order placed under £60 will incur a shipping cost of £7.50. Unfortunately we are not currently providing shipping outside of the UK.

All orders placed before 12pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be sent out via courier for next day delivery. We do not ship any beers Friday through Sunday as this prevents your beers sitting in an unknown and possibly warm warehouse for a long period of time.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive notifications from our courier. Please follow these links to change delivery dates and rebook in any missed deliveries.

We will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

RETURNS

If there are any issues with your products or you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please email us on bottleshop@alphabeer.co.uk.

DAMAGES

We pack every order with extreme care and attention however sometimes accidents do occur in transit! Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us with images of the damage immediately and we will find a solution.

REFUNDS

If you have changed your mind about a product and need to return it to us, this will be done at your own cost. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
